The feeling of guilt

There comes some moments when you, as a parent, raise your voice, or say something you surely did not mean to, it just spilled out unexpectedly, and as a result, you got ypur little one upset and you got that awful feeling called guilt. Have you ever felt this way? If you are really a parent, you probably did. No matter how hard you are trying to avoid those unpleasant situations, it just happens and there is nothing you can do to avoid them. You may hold your anger as strongly as you are able to, but in the end, tiredness does its work and bad words just goes out in the sunlight. And it is okay. You have to understand that you are just a human, your little one will understand too. After all, it is not like he or she is always telling nice things to you, right? So there is no need to feel guilty about it. Of course, easier said than done. But at least try, sit aside to your child and say sorry. Explain what happened, explain that you did not mean to say things that you said. Maybe you have your own guild exeprience and could share it with us all?
